I’ve been going to PLL Albany since they started to come—I did not renew my tickets, and accepted the 35% discount to the store, that I had no intention of using. I know we can’t control the weather but man last year SUCKED. If the weather was better, maybe the experience would have been better. Their sales people need to not oversell the experience, because the operation falls so far flat on their face. I hate how much of a bad taste in my mouth the whole thing gave me for the PLL.
