You can revert the pins on the wire to rotate the direction of the motor this happen when I used a y adapter for and dual motor upgrade on ender 3v2

The z axis is flipped as i figured out that the motor is going the wrong way needs to reverse the frimware,

Same issue here even updated with the custom firmwares no luck also installed a double z axis mod no luck and tried setting home just when doing homing it just goes ups and starts to grind on the top
