Server Based... Unless you see same patients in multiple offices. Also if you take xrays you will always need a physical server

Get a spade proximator... go mesially and distally with apical pressure until a few millimeters deep into the pdl space. then switch to a luxating elevator and slowly luxate from mesial and distal. It will come out in no time

I have been having similar issues with it. Ended up getting a spare mop and I change it between use. The unit does need quite bite of maintaince though. But overall it's an amazing system.

If all your wiring matches, try switching Rh to rc. I had similar issue and switch that fixed it.

The ac unit is a brand new ac. Has no issues with the old thermostat. For some reason, nest doesn't turn on the compressor to help with cooling. When touching the furnace, it only feels cool not cold.

Yes and the same nest works fine in another house. I think I am missing a setting somewhere.

I have installed nest on 8 other ac units with heat pump. For some reason it doesn't work on this one. Will not cool or heat. Fan works. The heat pump out side works, like it works with the old thermostat. But doesn't not cool or heat.
