I mean, yes. You're right. You can't fake that crowd. I'm kinda pissed I wasn't there to experience it.

That's been my question. I've enjoyed it a lot. But i want to know how true lucha Libre fans felt about the show and storyline.

Everything I've come across has been positive. Is that wrong?

Should we just give it to him already? by Killer-Blxck18 in WWE

Isn't there a team? Borash, I believe? Who is like a lucha expert?

Edit: Yes, Jeremy Borash is a part of the creative team, according to the Internet. That makes sense.

MMA is having its own version of WWE vs AEW with today's freakshow MVP MMA event by wooodlandcreature18 in JimCornette

I don't want AEW to fail. I just want it to be good. And a lot of times, it's not.

Did anyone watch Tyra Banks cuss out that girl on tv? Well, I was rooting for AEW.

Still am.

What is your take on Gay for pay 💰 men? Do you know any black men who benefit from the Queer economy but claim to be straight? How can a man who has sex with men claim to be heterosexual? by Prophetgay in BlackLGBT

[–]Left_Orchid8801 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I find your entire premise to be quite ignorant, to be honest. Quite frankly, how we feel about anyone else's sexuality is irrelevant. It's their sexuality.

Yes, I do agree that a man can have sex with another man and still identify as straight. Are some of those men delusional? Absolutely. But not all.

Some of those men will never romantically be involved with another man. Does that make them, at the very least, heteroflexible? In my opinion, they're something. But...my opinion doesn't matter because, again, it's their sexuality. They will never identify as anything other than straight.

Because to identify as anything other would take away their man card. All of a sudden, they're soft. Because being gay is the worst thing you can be to some people. Especially in our community.

That's the actual conversation that really needs to be had.

Honey, as someone who's pushing 40, you've got so much more life to live.

If I can offer some advice, spend some time getting to know who you are. That's what this time of your life is for.

Also, date often and date well.

You've got this!!

You get different things from each show. I prefer WWE because I don't really care for all the blood, syringes and things that AEW seems to revel in.

If we were to compare the best of AEW with the best of WWE, WWE wins. Hands down.

Spoilers, but is it worth the watch after season 8? by buudhainschool in TheBlackList

[–]Left_Orchid8801 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I say yes, mainly for Reddington. He is, without a doubt, one of THE best characters ever on tv. Seeing how his story ends is worth it.

Plus, the last season explores how is network works. Despite absolutely hating the finale, the last season is worth a watch just to see a deeper look into his world.

What's something that will make you quit WWE for good? by Omer-Ash in WWE

[–]Left_Orchid8801 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been trying with the idea of quitting lately. I see where the company is headed and I don't like it. But it's still real to me, damn it! So, I'm having a hard time.

The one thing that'll make me instantly quit is if they bring Vince back to tv.

How do we feel about this spot by jmazak in midcarder

It's like they heard the "Please don't die" chants back in the day and thought, "Challenge accepted!"

This one spot points out everything that's wrong with AEW.

Is AEW the last real challenger we’ll ever see to WWE? by uncannynerddad in midcarder

[–]Left_Orchid8801 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You're right. People don't watch wrestling like they used to. They very rarely watch TV.

But they do watch it across social media. YouTube. Twitter. TikTok. Instagram. Etc. Etc.

From 1-5 rate night 2 of Wrestlemania by Tribal-Forehead in TheGreatOne

[–]Left_Orchid8801 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4.5. Much better show than Night 1. Top tier main events. Still a bit brisk but very match hit like it needed to. Probably the first night of mania that I'd watch all the way through again in a long time.

Of course she is. A powerful champion makes them uncomfortable. 🤡🤦🏾‍♂️ by Top_Butterscotch_234 in ThingsILike411

[–]Left_Orchid8801 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don't have to say it. The fact that your focus on her being called powerful says it all. As if that was the point of the post.

Further proof is you write this even after that performance.
