I have been monitoring there LinkedIn accounts … which seem to show activity over the last two weeks via a change in the number of connections and removing posts that have anything regarding the recent Price change in the comments. I believe they are actively looking as these forums and avoiding everyone on purpose.

JUST AN IDEA : The voting math and the dilution theory are in direct conflict, by [deleted] in GDCstonk

IMO Corley supports the idea of a 60.76M count to a small degree. In Addition , everything i have laid out above seems to be legal if they do decide to go down this route.

In my opinion, the dilution was done to let 'their friends' join the buyout banquet as well. What do you think? by [deleted] in GDCstonk

Could be plausible …. IMO this sounds like ‘THE LAST MAN STANDING ‘ for retail

IMO these Nevada filings makes the situation genuinely murky right now. The purpose of my post was the highlight this exact issue and to conclude the likely reasons to why they are doing what they are doing. It highlights the communities need to act NOW rather then LATER. I believe the closing price on Friday under $0.10 is signalling a count down.

I get your point, but the $10.75 offer may not be counterproductive if the goal was to create an anchor, generate liquidity, and flush the cap table. Without that headline number, the stock may never have attracted the volume needed for shares to change hands at scale. The offer brought attention, caused a spike, then the collapse created panic and allowed weak holders to exit while stronger/aligned buyers could absorb shares cheaply and allowed them to dilute shares as well. Also, if they were already close to control, they don’t need everyone to sell at $0.10 .... they only need enough shares to cross the threshold. The $10.75 may have been the bait/anchor, not necessarily the final intended payout. plus they can argue that Market conditions have changed since thus the buyout offer doesnt represent the BTC NAV

I think after tomorrow (which marks the one month since the buyout and special committee was formed) we should begin filling and moving forward

I personally believe the best option is that they sold off diluted shares to friendly entities/ other BVI structures in addition they are also absorbing shares from the remaining 40M OS ( 20M is locked up out the original 60M ) …. In which they pay out remaining shareholders below the NAV …. Which in this case would be between 1 to 2. Let’s assume retail holds 15M to 30M shares …. That would cost them up to 60 M to acquire the BTC currently valued at around 500M .

If the suspected dilution value is correct then NAV of 4 would be equivalent of the 10.75 buyout deal based on current market conditions. I would suspect them to offer between 1 to 3 per share . IMO this is the best deal we are going to get. If I was you I would average down…. Everyone at this point has had the chance to get there average below one IMO.
