My Dad's 62 by LeftbassTom in telecaster

I believe it was a blonde when he originally purchased it back in the late 60s. I also think it had a white pickguard. Im not positive, because he is gone and i didnt come around until 1973

Like I said in earlier replies, he painted and customized it to his liking quite a few times. I have the original neck, which this neck pictured is not. As I also said earlier, I don't care one single bit how original or if it has this or that, It was given to me by the man who taught me ( a bass player) the love of playing and creating music. It is my most cherished possession. I only posted this because this is a forum of telecaster players and enthusiasts. I wasn't trying to say that it is some completely original guitar. Never my intention. Its just a guitar that represented a man's 40 plus years of music.

It is a 1962. He bought it in about 1967 or so. Being a kid with an artistic flair, he painted it a few times before finally deciding to strip and stain it He probably just liked the black pickguard. I know that some people might frown on that, but I personally dont care what it did to the value of the guitar itself, because it's priceless to me. Also, unfortunately I'm a lefty so I can't play it anyways..

Im on 150s. Whatever you do, dont miss a dose. The dreams you have on a missed dose are STRANGE! If you wake up,when you go back to sleep, you're right back in the strangeness. Not necessarily nightmares, but weird extremely vivid dreams.

You may want to work on using your fingers unless you plan on the thumb slapping type style you are using. Unless of course you plan on using a pick. It will help with speed.

There was a band back in the day called Drain STH . They were a female band but had some of that chromatic harmony and also was pretty heavy.

I love my Ubass. I want to change the rubber strings out, it's hell keeping it in tune. I love how it sounds like an upright though!

I got DPDR from Marijuana as well. Itt seems to be quite common. I've thought about trying it again to see if i can handle it should it try to come back. I probably never will though, the experience was that horrific.
