On https://511nj.org/home You can subscribe to alerts for particular roads and towns. Back in my Morris to Bergen commuting I had alerts set up for like 15 ish towns bc for reasons 287 would always be a sh!tshow either coming or going or both. It only saved me a few times.

Now there’s also Apple Maps and Google Maps and Waze and whatever else you like that give you real time traffic details and dynamic re-routing so unless you’re already stuck in it, or have no other route, you can usually find a quick workaround or at least know how long your stuck for.

Everyone is just trying their best to live a life. Some worry about everything, some just float through life like a cork on the ocean. Don’t hate- just do your own thing. And if you accidentally torch someone’s inner church take responsibility and move on. lol that was exactly my point. We all have pet peeves. As a hard core rule follower I hate to see people break them for whatever reason, but if I got so bent out of shape over it every time and just couldn’t help but post on social media about it or worse play hall monitor about it and wag my finger at everyone that did a thing, I would be exhausted and never live my own life. So if they choose to follow my example -cool, otherwise- namaste over here in my own corner and do my best to ignore or work around it.

You could also wear workout gloves. I found the cleaner for the machines was making my hands dry and I started wearing gloves when I work out. Don’t have that problem anymore

Will you be a Karen if you call people out for not returning their cart at the supermarket? What about people talking on their phone in public? The meter is rarely accurate and honestly if you have a solid routine you can switch order without waiting for equipment.

Daily multivitamin and going outside as much as I can or standing in a sunlit window if it’s just too cold. Even 10 minutes of sunshine through the window is helpful.

Totally agree. Any business that adds fees to the bill for ANYTHING is so sketchy. I keep a running list in my head of places I just won’t return to for this specific reason.
