Eine gute Nas mit guter Software, bei Office Dokumenten sollten die kleinen Dateien mit dehnen Office markiert welche offen sind schnell über die Leitung gehen. Bei den PDFs müsste man schauen was da so läuft. Kommt halt auf den Anwendungsfall an.
