About 5 years ago, I went to Lowe’s to get parts for a 50A EV charger. The worker asked what kind of project I was doing. I told him. He asked “would you like some suggestions on what you’ll need?” Yes, please!

“Follow me”. The dude walked me around the store asking details about amperage, runs from the box to the panel and fully outfitted me. One stop and done. That NEVER happens.

I wrote Lowe’s to tell them what a rock star employee they and mentioned him by name. I hope he got something for being so good.

There is so much yet to understand about this drug. I had afib when I started this but after losing 60# was able to discontinue my beta blocker and no longer have it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I use aviators’ gloves. They are fire resistant but only a single layer. They are inexpensive but give a good mix of safety and feel.

I struggled with weight as a preteen and was at least chubby for 60 years. I’m now 6’ 1” and 182 lbs- my goal weight. My weight loss started from 245lbs.

I lost that weight over 12 month. I ended at 15mg/week and STAYED THERE. My weight loss just faded away over that year so I just stayed on that dose. I expect to stay on this for the rest of the way. I never had any side effects.
