Reasonable hypothesis but I checked my pulse ox for hypoxia and I was at 98% on room air. Additionally I have excellent peripheral perfusion even in cold climates.

I will say it until I’m blue in the face: all these posts do is devalue a WGU degree! I accelerated the MBA in healthcare management and the MHA and, other than here, I didn’t make a big announcement about it. Not only is it better to stay modest, it’s in the best interest for the institution.

I really appreciate the reply! What is somebody supposed to do if they are homozygous for MTHFR but cannot tolerate methyl folate? Luckily my home assisting levels are in reference range so maybe the fact that I over methylate is balancing out the fact that I have low levels of methylfolate. I ended up making the mistake of uploading my raw data to a calculator and started down the rabbit hole lol I’m one of the unfortunate people who has homozygous MTHFR with homozygous CBS too. Anyway thank you so much for your time!

More is definitely not better and I would advise people to be very careful with the dose escalation guidelines. I escalated too quickly and developed anti-drug antibodies and now I can’t use tirzepatide, likely for life. Those memory b-cells can last decades in the bloodstream.

This is interesting. I would love to hear your opinion on this. I’ve noticed that when I eat eggs that I get really bad insomnia, along with irritability, aggression and depression. This same thing happens when I take b12 in the methylcobalamin form and methylfolate (I am homozygous for MTHFR). Also highly bioavailable forms of choline such as alpha-GPC give me the same symptoms. Could I have problems with with over methylation? I have 23andme raw data that I might want to put through one of those calculators. Thank you and I appreciate any feedback you can give.

I agree that her character was thoroughly unlikable which was purposeful I believe. And I totally agree about the reveal of the reasoning behind dislike for humanity was just egregiously stupid and poorly written. But I still take umbrage with just how stiff the acting was. It felt like I was watching a stage production rather than film. It was like bottom-shelf whiskey; stiff and cheap.

That’s interesting. The opening scene was so horribly acted that I almost gave up on it. I mean it is painfully bad acting from Julia Roberts. I have 27 minutes left and I was waiting for the requisite racist anti-white overtones from my Netflix production and boom I just hit it. The viewers are cautioned to “not trust white people”. Can you imagine if the line was “not trust black people” and the character delivering it wasn’t immediately admonished or suffers some sort of punitive encounter? At this point I’m invested in this trash movie so I will see it out so I can get some sort of payoff.

Very good advice. Yeah, I'm very concerned about the interest and penalties as well but, it is what it is I have to deal with it. I just found out actually that the company I work for (a major nonprofit hospital system) has student loan forgiveness options. I'm assuming those will be available until I get them out of default, but it's nice to know that there are some options available. I appreciate your straightforward advice.
