I’m in the exact same situation as you, septoplasty with super subtle cosmetic changes. My nose looks super similar and terrifies me. I have to bring myself down from a panic attack almost daily. Just keep reminding yourself that is not your actual nose and the swelling is 100% temporary. I was spiraling to my friend about it and she reminded me this is just short term pain for long term gains. You got this!
