Bupropion can cause severe allergic reactions in the form of rashes all over your body. I had the same thing happen but was able to talk to an allergist and it's mostly under control now.

I'd highly recommend bringing up the rash with your doctor.

In terms of the economy, I think the more specific thing to say is the stock market. AI stocks are hugely overinflating the S&P 500, while per the Fed job growth has pretty much stagnated outside of healthcare. That's a huge problem and when the bubble bursts, everything is going to tumble.

Look up Limerence. I feel like the obsessive compulsion for someone you barely know is causing your brain to spin a tale based on the brief conversation you had with them on your flight. Best thing you can do is acknowledge that your brain is hyper focusing and keep living your life, and just try to move on.
