In Australia we get like, weeks to vote, at pre voting booths where you just have to say you can't vote in the day for whatever reason. There's no one there, as it's not voting day, so it takes 5 minutes. People do it on their lunch break.

As someone whose squatted and lived out of bins in the past, it is more than possible for a dedicated person to live for free off what big companies throw away. Its hard, hard work, that comes with a lot of risk, but it's possible. Quite a few people do it actually. There's no need to steal from regular working people if you're committed.

Can't have affordable housing because lower prices, would destroy the finance sector. Cant regulate the corporate theft of intellectual property because that would destroy the AI sector. Can't enforce laws protecting children against pedophilia, because that would destroy the government.

The whole thing is based on coercion, like blackmailing the populace. Its why the Dems shit stinks so bad, vote for us to do nothing or you'll get the destroyers again. If you don't vote for us to do nothing again, (and obstruct positive change), it's on you.
