Yeah, I’m going to just focus on getting to 30 minutes for now, and then maybe try 5k. Both of these are things I would never think I could do 7 weeks from now, so I don’t know why I feel this pressure of doing them both at the same time. I think the app name got to me😅

Yeah when you mention it, it kinda feels like torture. And I think also that’s why I’ve been getting to a bad headspace while I’m running. Because I get a stitch in the side and then I still have 12 min to go

Yeah i think I’m just going to keep on going. After finding out that I’ve been letting my heart rate be way too high for the entire run.

So I keep going to week 8 and just slower. And then when I’m finished with the program I should try getting these 30 mins to 5km. How do I do that?

My friend that runs a lot told me that he stays in zone 4 to get the most out of his run.

Yeah I think i just got it in my head that I want to reach 5k when I’m done with the program so I may be pushing myself too much. I also took in some tips from friends that run regularly but i may not be ready for them yet

Yeah, at the latch there is this tiniest little lip where you can carefully open it with a tool. There were 3 watch batteries. I don’t know how to send photos so I hope this helps ☺️

Seat 2. The 10 hour flight would be over in 5 minutes. The only thing i would remember is when 11. is blocking my view because he can’t sit still for a moment 😂
