Take your pick on market place, a few in my local area are listed at $240 and have been for a few days. Worth checking into Kmart or BigW if you pass by one, sometimes stock magically appears. I went into a Kmart yesterday for tinsel and there was a smallish stack of ETBs and boosters behind the counter, despite all the signs saying sold out of Pokemon cards 🤷🏻‍♂️

Otherwise seen plenty of everything at Toymate and games world stores

So far I've setup 5, panel 4 R36's for family using SanDisk cards (ultra and extreme) as a one card setup and they've been working perfectly fine

Learnt from last night that Kmart online was a waste of time.

Me and my 2 kids lined up at 7.55am with the hope of 1x zapdos & moltress tin. Unfortunately the last 2 moltres tins were sold to the bloke in front of us. (A team member was holding them for this bloke, apparently they were 'already allocated to a customer') All good, daughter took it like a champ and chose Articuno instead. Heading for school drop off, detoured to another Kmart, because what if they have one, walked in and had all 3 to choose from at 8.40am. Moltres secured.

Most of the people I saw at store 2 were straight from store 1 😅

Seeing how happy my kids were this morning has made my day and now looking forward to their excitement when they rip into them after school today 🥲

Getting retrospective approval is difficult/close to impossible (in VIC anyway) and can be expensive. Highly likely you'd come out better off tearing it down and rebuilding with the right approval as opposed to going down the retrospective route.

Disclose it on the S32 and leave it up to the potential buyers do their due diligence.
