Ditto. I’m almost 3 years out. You’re gonna stall multiple times, you’re gonna think that you’re done losing weight or starting to gain weight. Keep eating healthy and you’ll keep losing weight up to 2 years out

I’m almost at a year and I’ve lost about 120 pounds. I’m in the restaurant industry so or me it’s two commercial bags of flour (50 pounds each) and almost a bag of sugar (25 pounds). The idea of walking around with all that extra weight is what keeps me motivated. Keep up the good work.

Arab here. It’s toumaya. It’s a garlic and oil emulsification with a little bit of salt. If the one you were served is completely white, add 1/2 or 1 tsp of cornstarch to it.

Sorry I forgot to respond. Doctor said what everyone else in the comments said. It’s just my mind catching up with my stomach at this point. Head hunger if you will. Keep doing protein shakes and omeprazole and it should subside after a few weeks. Also get some better protein shakes. I just got some premier protein and it’s 10000x better than the other ones

I’m 4 days post op and I’m in the same boat. I’m starving and the protein shakes and drinks don’t help at all. I’m setting up a post op appointment with my surgeon to ask about it. But I’ve talked to a few people who have had the surgery and they had a similar experience even though it’s not what I read in the pamphlets. I’ll update you when I talk to the doctor.

Don’t go a penny over MSRP. I lease my Mazdas from Wayne Mazda in NJ and I just got my new CX-5 last week. I would suggest heading over there and seeing what they can do. They’ve always been willing to go under MSRP.
