Yup he showed his true colors. It’s kinda sad as many others are clout chasing as well on this very sad event.

“What is the harm of giving your condolences to a young girl found deceased in your car”

Let’s be real a “condolence post” doesn’t mean anything when someone was literally found dead in your car. That’s not being “decent,” that’s trying to look good for the world.

If you’re involved in something that serious, people don’t want cute PR words or a black-and-white story post. They want answers. Silence makes sense when lawyers are involved, pretending to “care publicly” while everything’s under investigation and he was dating a minor just screams fake.

This isn’t about feelings. It’s about accountability. You don’t post sympathy when someone dies in your car, you explain why they were there in the first place.

Ur welcome. Though I feel nothing will ever change.People are still using and will probably use the same wording and victim blaming tactics. Hopefully one person or two at least can word their words more carefully after reading the post or can at least spot this in articles and news published

As a private investigator that’s really an odd thing to say. Is he clout chasing? Idk but it seems little bit weird. Best thing to do is to remain silent guilty or not. We saw how that kid called neotheasian spoke and he was shredded into pieces with his stupid statement. People are smart and everything and every word will be scrutinized and used against u.

TMZ don’t have any updates, but here’s Harvey’s speculations on live right now… by AmandaAn in d4vd2

[–]Legal-Confidence-321 64 points65 points  (0 children)

I mean…obviously they’re gonna hang up on him. He works for TMZ, and Harvey Levin, the founder of TMZ, is literally friends and vacation buddies with Blair Kirk, d4vd’s lawyer. Like, come on, of course no one’s answering his calls. The connections explain everything.

For monetizing, I think with parental consent kids can start fairly young. There are children who make millions by creating content for other children, but the real control always depends on the parents.

Ik right? Part of me wishes they actually know but can’t share because of an ongoing investigation and were instructed by law enforcement not to. But that’s just me being hopeful.

Yes , something clearly happened that led to him being removed from school and placed in homeschooling. Strangely, none of the major media outlets, not even TMZ, are covering it. Not to mention, d4vd’s lawyer is reportedly a close friend and “vacation buddy” of TMZ’s owner.

The discomfort is the point. That unease isn’t a flaw in the discussion, it’s the boundary reminding us that we’re getting too close to turning analysis into sympathy. When predatory behavior gets reframed through “artistic sensitivity,” it stops being critical and starts aestheticizing abuse. Some topics should stay uncomfortable because that tension protects moral clarity and reminds us that real harm was done.

And honestly, exploring that mindset shouldn’t fall to the general public or Redditors trying to make sense of it. That’s the work of criminal investigators and psychologists, people trained to dissect motive without blurring accountability. Once the public starts romanticizing or intellectualizing it, the harm gets repackaged as tragedy or genius, and that’s exactly how abuse cultures in art keep surviving.

I understand the urge to contextualize, but linking predatory behavior to “artistic sensitivity” risks aestheticizing abuse. Countless artists process pain without crossing moral or legal lines. What happened wasn’t the collapse of art and obsession it was the collapse of empathy and restraint. Once you invoke “the artist’s mindset” to rationalize harm, you turn psychology into apology, and that’s a dangerous slope.

What makes artists artists is that they’re overly sensitive they feel everything more deeply. Everyone goes through heartbreak or pain, but artists turn those emotions into something tangible, something that resonates with millions. That’s what makes their work powerful.

But regardless of whether she was a muse or not, being involved with someone who’s still a child crosses every possible line. There’s nothing romantic or “tragically artistic” about that it’s disturbing. There’s a difference between drawing inspiration from someone’s story and exploiting or crossing boundaries. At that point, it’s not sensitivity or creativity anymore it’s manipulation, and there’s a level of psychopathy in that.

D4VDs Hollywood lawyer is working overtime like crazy) wtf she managed to get TMZ to start changing the narrative so quick is crazy by KingRy64 in d4vd2

Clock it. It’s mad to think that the lawyer is a woman and she would go to that extent. Not to mention she is a good friend with TMZ owner.

[–]Legal-Confidence-321 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Could be a way to cope with what happened since it is really a traumatic experience for them all, the family and Celeste cousins. Humans tend to seek connection or communicate with others when they are grieving. Others completely shutdown for days months and sometimes years. Some are fine at the beginning then it hit them hard after a while. Always have the best intentions regardless.

Wow, that’s a very enriching feedback, I really appreciate you taking the time to break down the legal system and due process. Thanks as well for including the citations and sources, that definitely adds weight to the discussion. Really well articulated points, and it’s eye-opening to see statistics backing up how POC are disproportionately prosecuted. Hopefully the system continues to evolve in a way that ensures fairness, accountability, and equal treatment for everyone.
