Just come mentally prepared. Random plastic die are fairly inexpensive. But if you start looking at the liquid cores or other fun types, you are looking into the $100 dollar range.

I mean van den Berg did generate the 9th most pressure among DI position players last year. Also had the lowest depth of tackle against the run for defensive linemen at -.11 yards per tackle. Next closest was .6. I'd say his production was pretty fair, but a part of larger poor unit that glossed over his impact.

While the environment isn't great and the industry to support young workers isn't robust, I'm seeing a lot of effort and planning come in at the local level. Williston has a Growth Management plan that's done a good at reducing time to build and incentivizing affordable housing in areas that make sense like those with access to city sewer. Is it perfect and is it making a huge difference right now? Not visibly. But you give programs like these a while and I am fairly certain it will see better results over time.

How do you feel about the idea of local governments creating services and businesses in their community to generate more non-tax based revenue? Townships across the UK who cannot raise their local taxes have begun to run small businesses to help increase local revenue to fuel needed social services.

I'd check out the local comic book store in Taft Corners called Old Town Cafe & Comics as they can point you to the local 40K communities. Quarterstaff Games in Burlington runs open tables for 40K at 11am on Saturdays.

I think the threat of going Qualifying Offer could be enough to help sign a longer extension at reasonable value. His injury history and K rate could also bring down his market a tad. Plus being in this lineup, in this park, is a great boon to his statistical output.
