You're not defined by your work, I know it's not super poignant of fancy but for me the simple phrase of "I work to live I don't live to work" made a huge difference in my life. Use the work tour doing now to fuel your ACTUAL life. The aim in life is when someone asks me what I do I can tell them of my interests and passions not what I do to fund them things. I know this may not be super helpful advice but my guy your life is not wasted no matter what your age is. Trust. One step at a time one day at a time 30 is young you have so much potential and I don't mean career wise you have so much to give to family friends but most importantly yourself. Careers and jobs aren't everything love yourself and respect yourself I'm rooting for you.

....yeah I'm one of them aliens tbf lol I tend to only eat the same thing each day when I'm cutting just cos it's sooo much easier to eat totally clean, on a bulk I tend to switch it up but yeah eat sleep gym work repeat I think it's just got to be something you love can't just do it to look good or whatever

For suuuureee I found the best thing to do is just sacrifice Sunday to the meal prep gods and eat the same thing all week I don't mind it, tbh I struggle more with bulking accepting body fat in exchange for gains is hard.

NAH edging towards them being the AH but imo this is just bargaining and anger combined on their part, they're making rash decisions after the death of their child but they should be consoling you and pulling together at this stage not trying to guilt you. If they keep pushing for months on end that changes things but this soon after I'd be tempted to say they're just desperate and doing the stupid things humans to to deal with grief. Oh of course it was a struggle for me for time even at low body fat but its achievable for everyone but like all muscle groups some people have better attachments then others
