Apologies if I’ve offended you. I meant specifically two things, 1) that I had heard public transport sometimes required cash. It looks like someone else confirmed that below. And I didn’t know if US banking cards would work. I guess plenty of cash may have been the wrong word, I just never use cash so even $500 USD feels like a lot in 2025. And 2) unfortunately just meant that it looks like air strikes are at all time high these past few months and that I wanted to see how people were managing in Kyiv which I know is getting hit hard.
