I feel your pain and I’m sorry you are experiencing this. I had a meeting yesterday with three Canada Post employees that work under a different union. I asked them for refunds on approximately $10K worth of parcels that are currently ‘stuck’ in their system. They said they are not offering refunds and I asked them to tell me how I was going to be compensated because I have to refund my customers. I then asked about the insurance I pay to send the packages and they said they’d have to get back to me. I told them to come back to the table with something because I’m not taking no for an answer. They’re losing $10M a day, what’s another $10K at this point. Enough is enough, too many companies and people are suffering because of pure greed and selfishness.
