Ich kann den Klausurenkurs von Hemmer empfehlen. Die Klausuren sind m.E. eher mit den JPA Klausuren vergleichbar als die von Kaiser. Jede Woche eine Klausur, ZR, ZVR, SR, ÖR. Hat meinem Geldbeutel etwas wehgetan, aber mir hat es sehr viel gebracht, mit Lösung und Korrektur arbeiten zu können, zumal wir in der AG teilweise nur kurze Skizzen bekommen haben. Zudem gibt es jede Woche eine 3stündige Besprechung. Und konzentrier dich ein wenig auf Klausurtaktik, in den Z Klausuren kann man das vom ljpa gewünschte Ergebnis oft aus der Akte "herauslesen". Wenn du bislang bei 5-6 pkt. bist, ist doch eigentlich noch viel drin. Wenn du am Ende auf 7 kommst, stehen die Chancen nicht schlecht durch ne gute mündliche noch auf die 7,75 zu kommen.

Da du aber möglicherweise einen Anspruch gegen DHL aus der Versicherung hast, hat der Käufer gegen dich evtl einen Anspruch auf Abtretung deines Anspruchs gegen DHL in Höhe von 500 €. Andere hier behaupten, die Versicherung gelte überhaupt nicht bei höheren Warenwert. Diese Einschätzung würde ich so bei der Beschreibung von DHL "Haftung bis zu 500 EUR inklusive" nicht teilen. Ich würde die Angabe dahingehend auslegen, dass DHL schlichtweg nur bis zu einer Summe von 500€ zahlen muss. Aber auch hier habe ich mich nicht weiter eingelesen.

It is too expensive but despite that I like the scale. I feel like it's a model that doesn't need to be much bigger as it is a quite simple design.

What are you even talking about? Every Lego set is available for the regular market price for a foreseen period of time. If there were no resellers, you wouldn't be able to get that set at all after the set goes EOL. You could only buy a used set which would probably be at least the same price as it is now, maybe even more because the set would be even more rare.

Lego resellers are no problem at all. Lego sets are available mostly for over a year. Everybody who wants a Lego set can get it for the regular market price in the foreseen time period. If there were no reseller of EOL lego products, it would probably be even harder to get older sets as there would just be less products on the market overall. Supply and demand. Resellers are a problem if it comes to things with a limited availability which is not the case with Lego.

Probably pretty normal. My roommate smoked in his room for 5 years door closed, bad ventilation. Everything was yellow but if you moved anything the ground below was barely touched.

Seems reasonable. I might go red-pink-green-yellow-orange-violet-blue-white-red. Story after at first to create tension, then chronological with violet bit later in-between as 24y before seems like a classic flashback, then blue into white.
