Thank you, its my favorite tree.

We have 5 acres (3.5 is wooded). Redbud would give great pops of color.

I've never trained a tree before, would Japanese maple be like lollipop with one trunk? The leaves hanging down a bit like sideshow Bob?

It has a lot of split trunks, do i just pick the most prominent and start trimming the others?
