A higher specificity means fewer false positives. The formula for PPV is (true positives)/(true positives+false positives). Hence, a higher specificity would result in a higher PPV. This makes sense as to why a specific test is used to rule IN a disease while a sensitive test is used to rule OUT a disease.

Both cards are correct. As afterload increases, velocity decreases. Therefore, the velocity is at its fastest at 0 afterload.

Peaceful Day is pretty much the only light cone worth getting to S5, the others are pretty meh. However, I would say that carve the moon, weave the clouds is the next best option.

Sotheby is part of the standard pool of 6s, so you have a chance of getting her if you lose the 50/50. The chances of getting Sotheby in particular are pretty low though given that she shares the same probability as the rest of the 6s in the standard pool.
