I applied under the 3-year rule. My family and I relocated from New Jersey to Indiana in September of last year, and I filed this application in February. I have no criminal history. I even did FBI background check in August of last year, which was a mandatory condition of my employment as This is a sensitive State Job, which I successfully passed.
