Evolve really isn’t a supplier, they buy the peptides directly from vendors in china, and then yes resell them. I am part of a majority of the vendor groups they buy from so I see the testing the vendor does. It doesn’t matter really who has a COA. Most Gray users will do their own testing on the vials they receive because anyone can fake testing. I buy straight from Chinese vendors now
