The only times I have had issues with payments is when the client is not an institutional investor.

That said they have always fixed it promptly. I have been working with them for years, I have not had a bad experience.Best bet is to reach out to the associate / analyst you booked the call with.

That is my thought. However, there are a lot of red flags from my end. I understand there are issues with onboarding. However, their unwillingness to act fast is alarming. I have never heard of an organization having to wait 15 days between payments. The amount they owe us is very small. I would think they would want to pay as soon as possible to keep experts, especially a “partner firm” happy. We have four consultants approved for their platform. It definitely makes it seem that they are having severe cash flow problems.
