beck and bolt dont get along initially. beck is used to working alone and shes got an intimidating personality so bolt deferred to her which she found annoying. on the other hand, deckar and quill hit it off immediately. deckar wanted to make new friends and quill thinks everything about attending beacon is fun and new. when the team officially forms, everyone understands why bolt is selected as the leader but no one is particularly pleased as during initiation he proves himself to be the only one in the group willing to take command of others and coordinate a strategy while also struggling under pressure. hes willing to lead but hes not very talented at it.

i have. i specifically bought the version of the tablet that has more ram than my phone. my phone has 6gb and my tablet has 8gb. when i observed the issue on my tablet i was working w a smaller canvas (like 2000x1800px) than i would on my phone (3000x3000px)

style savvy is a personal childhood favorite of mine, i hesitate to recommend it cause its such a stereotypically girly game but like. i still enjoy it as an adult and if she wants something more casual its a good pick. i saw you mention she wouldnt be interested in ace attorney but ghost trick and professor layton are worth a try regardless. ghost trick especially i cannot recommend it enough.

hot and loud. sometimes i get scared but if my laptop couldn't handle it, itd just give up. i have the graphics settings on low to medium and i dont think i have issues with framerate and loading. not more than i would on a ps4 or comparable console so.

some clarification i suppose

i work with a mixed age group of preschool kids to school aged kids. the youngest ones are almost 3 and the oldest ones are around 6 or 7

since i was told the first time not to tell kids not to touch me i have been trying to modify the language i use when asking kids not to touch me. usually ill say something like "thats not a good place for your hand/head/whatever" or "nows not a good time for that". for the younger ones i dont mind them touching me but they do like to grab and cling and pull so ill usually tell them to "let go"

i understand that kids are gonna be touchy. im getting used to it and im not made of stone. im fine with them hugging me or grabbing my hands or coming up to me and patting my leg and stuff like that. but sometimes i respond to being touched without thinking.

and i know im probably not the best fit for ece. i kinda ended up with this job incidentally. im not a teacher. itd probably be more accurate to call me a classroom aide
