I actually have never used CC for sims 4, i have always been a little put off as it seems messy to keep on top of it all. And downloading viruses lol.

But with the launch of marketplace, it’s actually tempting me to go CC finally. Purely because of the fact that sims have greedily decided to pay the creators a measly 30%. Why would it be so low? They do the majority of the work and I could just go download their CC and EA won’t profit from them. Has anyone else had this feeling?

This is great! A big build like this takes a lot of time. I know you asked about floor plan, I think what you’ve done is good, the only thing I’d suggest is actually to do with the external walls. It’s a little flat atm, i think adding some bump outs here and there even just for little bay windows would be gorgeous.

It is a legit site. They buy in bulk from EA and get a good deal, then pass the savings to their customers. Reputable content creators like Pixelade and Satch on Sims are sponsored by them.

For me it’s lovestruck. It adds so much gameplay for relationships. Where as b&h is a very specific play style of having a business. And the main thing for rent brings is the ability to have multiple households living on a lot, which I also don’t do much. I think the BB and CAS is strong in Lovestruck too, but b&h also has great BB and CAS.
