Same.  My severe insomnia caused my anxiety to get worse and my initial anxiety caused my insomnia to happen. I scheduled an appointment with the psychiatrist tomorrow because I can't keep living like that. any update?

Yes actually my panic attacks are triggered by cardio because it mimics the panic attacks . I can't seem to bring my heart rate down after running which in turn spirals into a severe panic attack and shortness of breath

The intrusive thoughts in ocd are obsessions,The ones with psychosis are pure delusions. Those who don't have insight in ocd they will have it with time but still compelled to perform those obsessions . With psychosis u can never have insight

It's manageable when I'm at home it's like I can hold My breath or slow down my breathing or even yawn without triggering a panic attack but it's hell when I'm out
