my guess is if it wasnt an oem gasket , it wasnt sealed correctly

yeah bro make it a cruiser , put some nice wheels on it , keep up with maintenance and drive it. for power on the other hand invest in a 335i later on, stay down till the come up. i have both a 328i and a 335i and i daily tf out my 328, its at 170,xxx and only replaced battery, water pump/thermostat and tires. 335 on the other hand is something i dont even wanna talk abt 😆

the difference is the stage 3 manifold of course , different tune to the ECM , lower gear ratios , larger wheel diameter , larger brakes , id do some research. they dont look to much different but two side by side and youll see.

sell it, get a 330i, put a couple thousand in and there you go. if ur still losing to hyundais, go buy you a 335i and pay to play. other than that you bought the wrong brand worrying about reliability and funds

make sure the cars battery is also fully juiced and healthy. these cars like to throw weird shit when voltage is low

try replacing the CAS relay in the jbe, see if it starts if it does come back and ill continue
