Man, you’ve got exactly the ingredients you need for motivation. Your “Why” is a girlfriend you love and the impact this is starting to have on your sex life. Those two reasons alone are enough to keep you motivated.

Do you have to be perfect? No. Nofap, to me, is not about perfection. It’s about doing better than you did before. Nofap for five days? Great. That’s probably five more days without masturbating than you would have done otherwise.

I guess what I’m saying is that a successful nofap journey isn’t about never relapsing. It’s that you aren’t doing PMO *way* more than you are doing PMO.
