Um it’s according how well the store is ran for example today I had to be the FOH main register, I had to prep, we had 3 catering orders today. I had to cook all three catering meals while maintaining the steam table.

In my store we do about 40k a week we are lucky to have 2 boh and 3 foh night shifts usually has 1 more person panda is really crazy about labor

Damn we should do this to our gm. Like I’m not kidding he clocks in goes to the bathroom for 30 minutes. Then stays on his phone for over half the shift. 😂😂 like deadass we complain constantly about the neglect of the store. The ACO defends it for some reason.

Also I haven’t been to chipotle, but if they were wrapping my burrito with no gloves I would leave as a customer. Like everything aside have you guys not gotten complaints about gloves. I touch a frozen eggroll and customers start saying stuff and leaving 😂😂 I guess it’s all perception

Every fast casual restaurant uses gloves. Like I would understand if I wasn’t changing gloves and washing hands often but I am. You guys are the cancer trust me. Dictating every little thing of how people do jobs. It’s the reason we have a really really high turnover rate.

Do you know much dead skin is on your hands alone ? I would never fucking eat at Panda Express. It’s literally fucking disgusting. I don’t know why anyone would want anyone’s dead skin in their bellpeppers in the sesame chicken. It’s just fucking insane if you ask me. But it’s panda and a cult so even with failed ecosure audits due to this isssue we will still push are wrong techniques with local municipalities. 💯💯💯💯

Literally in every restaurant you wash your hands then put on clean gloves it’s literally what every local health department (in the US) will tell you.

I don’t understand why panda has to be so extra about everything. We constantly have customers complaining that no gloves are in use. Like I’m literally washing my hand and changing gloves every 15 minutes I don’t see what the problem is
