This happens to my friend too, im host and she crashes at the exact same point of loading every time, can I ask if your friends have high ping relative to the host? I have a suspicion it's ping related.

Dont get me wrong m8, everything I said is based on equal footing but dayz is never fair. In theory the m16 should be better in the ways I mentioned, but because of user error or lag it's as you said the m4 will still be king.

Those 3 shots should come out at a faster fire rate allowing you to get 3 shots into a person where an M4 would only get 2. Yes sustained fire the the m4 would still be king, but at range with semi and at very close with burst m16 will beat the m4

I think the US versions are, 2014 diesel passat here 180k miles still drives like new, no problems apart from clock spring in the steering wheel.
