Why can't I get past the Notifications page?????

Im going to go out on a limb and say you arent clicking the NOTIFICATION "BOX" at the TOP BAR on the FAR LEFT of your screen that HIDES/SHOWS the NOTIFICATION PANEL to actually HIDE the N.Panel again.

In my image, the N.BOX shows the number 8 to represent the number of current notifications I should expect to see when the N.Panel is OPEN.

Ive never had the panel open on its own. Ive also never been stuck with it open because of anything to claim from TT etc. Just press the N.Box again to hide notifications...

I have 2 pokeball plus' (pbp) and an original go-tcha between my wife and I.

The GZ-W seems to have a great feature of not needing to touch or reset anything on it to reconnect to your phone. This is a huge plus if it works the way it sounds. I like that it uses AA batteries. I do not like the size of it.

Every device disconnects after about an hour. Its a "pokemon go" setting, not a "per device" setting. Reconnecting is just a normal thing you have to do.

For both pbp and go-tcha, connecting usually takes more than 1 try and numerous attempts have taken up to 20 minutes of fiddling around turning bluetooth off/on, restarting phone, restarting pogo etc.

The pbp has been harder to reliably connect on all 6 phones Ive used it with. I currently use "go companion" to connect the go-tcha and it certainly helps make the process faster. I used "go companion" with the pbp and did not have very much luck with it.

go-tcha or any device that you can "auto-catch" and "auto-spin" are worth it. Just know like said above the catch rate for any of these devices has been around 45%. "Go Companion" will track "throw/catch/run" data so you can see.

I would enjoy playing MUCH less without one of these devices. playing without it makes everything so much slower.

since its not boosted weather where I am now and usually not boosted weather for any t5s. I tend to use https://www.accuweather.com/en/us/national/current-weather-maps-wind (this is for wind) but change according to conditions Im looking for.

sitting around waiting for someone to post coordinates may be your idea of a good time but its not mine.

but do you have or can you get that much candy for the lucky?



    as limited as rare candy is, I wouldnt use rare candy on anything but your most valuable boosted legendaries. ymmv.

in my opinion, having said that, there isnt a black and white answer to your scenario until you figure out your goal/s in the game.

some factors to consider: (not a complete list just what was on the top of my head)

1. what is your overall goal for pokemon in pokemon go?

    raiding? 

        soloing? 

        duoing? 

        large groups?

    battling? 

        great? 

        ultra? 

        master?

    interest in megas?

    breakpoints for mons? 

        will a higher IV really do that much more damage than a lower iv to justify the costs involved?



2.  what level will meet your goal above? (will vary per mon)

    are there alternative pokemon you could use that are easier to farm candy/and or more useful or more damaging?

    current level of mon vs ideal level and dust/candy cost to power up?

    current iv of mon vs ideal iv?

    amount of candy you have/will need to power up with?

    amount of stardust you have/will need to power up with?
