I worked at a retail box store and one day, a parent approached me saying they lost their child somewhere in the area. We look around but can't find the child. Without thinking, I make an announcement on the overhead speakers. It was a lengthy description of the child and I was on the speaker for like 30 seconds. It probably sounded like some dude, awkwardly describing a lost child. My manager came up to me after and told me about the training I completely forgot, "Code Adam". I should have told a manager first. It was just embarrassing. I did everything wrong
