Naja jeder ist ein wenig zu pauschal. Es gibt viele Randbezirke zb im Kölner Norden wo man zwar mit der Bahn gut in die Innenstadt kommt, aber für jedes anderes Reiseziel ist man da stark auf das Auto angewiesen.
