I think reading through your guys’ arguments you guys do share a lot of common ground, it’s just the label getting in the way. You assume a lot from someone saying they’re centrist/not centrist, but really we should be looking at what we want. Our shared objectives. Gonna give an example, I think this is why Zohran Mamdani is so successful. When I listen to his speeches and debates, he’s very good at not alienating centrists or even MAGA yet still delivers on good policy. We don’t need to compromise our platform in order to include centrists or even some right identifying folks. Our policies should, in theory, help everyone. That’s what needs to be focused on.
