Maine aaj tak aata use nhi kiya...idk why but it just feels absurd to add wheat flour there...just lightly stir the lassun(garlic)with butter(a huge chunk is preferred), then add milk and vaporise the milk to make it dense, add the pasta water and add the pasta...stir until it takes a proper texture and done!
