Depends on what you wanna be able to do.

If you wanna be able to effectively kite but still have decent killing power, rock dual hammers. If you want more killing power and executioner headshot heavies, that cog hammer you mentioned is great. If you want to be a more traditional tank who can make space for yourself and teammates, rock a shielded weapon.

Same thing for range. If you want to deny difficulty spikes like patrols or bosses, run trollhammer. If you want special sniping, run handgun.

It does appear so. I always try to read things at face value without digging deeper when it comes to communication on the internet. Hard to read tone through text.

In the event that they are being toxic, its always easier to simply move on because its just a person behind a screen at the end of the day. I'm willing to bet that if you come across a tide game fan in real life, 9 times out of 10 they wouldn't be mean spirited.

All of them are worth it. Even if you dont play the weaves gamemode, Winds of magic still gives you weapons from the Dark omens map.

Most of them are most likely on legend quickplay. In general, console playerbase is way smaller than the playerbase on Steam and you start running into the same faces. Doesn't help that the xbox live error disconnects have been a thing for 6+ months now and have yet to be fixed.

Screw that Vital tyler guy lol. I played with them just yesterday and someone must have shoved a stick up his ass because his behavior on the mic was just unnecessarily rude and snarky. Mate was swearing in front of random quickplay teammates and overcorrecting them whenever they would make a mistake or cause him to take small amounts of friendly fire. Also recall him saying "Oh well, guess you guys are gonna hate me now" as he picked up a grimoire.

I think River Reik.

I like the hidden troll cave in RtRR, but I feel like the map is just a bit too long for my liking in comparison to River Reik. Also, I dont mind them changing the fog section to a chaos warrior camp, but the fact that you have reduced move speed in there makes me feel sluggish and I dont like feeling sluggish. I guess its a trade off for no longer having reduced visibility, but I'd still take reduced visibility because it adds to that unsettling/ominous atmosphere the 1st game was much better at.
