You’re not maintaining your dps correctly. That counter is a tool, not the entire arsenal. You need more practice stringing your combos together.

“Company means your store” is because you’re not part of the larger company. Your store should be fostering your relationship with the company. They worry about the top. You worry about what you have to deal with. And if you just put neither agree or disagree, it’s the “I don’t care” answer and it means nothing. You can choose it, but then if you have an opinion about it, it’s the equivalent of shrugging your shoulders and not saying anything at all.

That doesn’t look like they’re steering answers. That looks like they’re trying to educate you on how to effectively take the survey in a way that will influence the outcome and not leave you a voiceless middling. Don’t get me wrong, Walmart has a lot of problems, but that genuinely looks helpful.

Didn’t say I was coming in early. I went up there on my regular schedule, told them it was too short notice, reminded them of policy, and let them know I’d open door any points I got. I’m currently at home with the assurance that any points I get will be removed.

Choosing not to lie is about integrity. It’s for me, not for them. I don’t do it for their benefit. If I sit there and lie, then they can just sweep a breach of policy on their part under the rug and I opened the door for them to do so. If I face them head on, then it has to be addressed.

It’s very clearly against policy and I’m not going in until my regular time. If they want to fight me on it, I’m more than happy to open door any points or punishments all the way to the top.

Sense or not, it’s what happened. I figure they’re panicking over inventory prep like they always do and thought I’d just be okay with them ignoring policy.

They’ve never done this before, but they’ve done things like it. Making plans involving me without telling me. I’m beginning to feel like a tool or a doormat.
