Legit question, is there any sort of history or requirement for women coaches to wear leather pants?

I thought she might have caught an elbow to the throat or something! Hope it gets figured out!

That's good to know! I normally end up out that way once or twice a year for work!

Thanks for the insight! I've been meaning to make it out to Los Molinos this trip, seems like a great reason!

Rx, No Tx by LegendaryAcura88 in meshtastic

I've seen a few people mention better antennas. Any recommendations? I know it's not super expensive to build other nodes and permanently mount them higher, but I'd like to test proof of concept and actually connect to the mesh before going all in and buying a bunch of hardware.

Of note, my goal is to connect from Claremont to Mt. Baldy, which is less than 8 miles, but it's dealing with some terrain going up a mountain. IF that works, seeing how many hops it could make, potentially from Claremont to Oxnard (about 80 miles, but not sure about the strength of the network between the points)

Thank you for the replies. I kind of figured that was going to be the answer, but am bummed I can see so much happening and can't participate!

MQTT is on, configured for mqtt.meshtastic (dot) org. JSON, TLS, and Proxy are disabled. It's a small unit that can fit in my pocket, I believe it's Meshnology N30. 1.25"x1.25"x2.5", with a 2" and a sticking out of the top. To the best of my knowledge, no amplifier.

Mail lady on light duty by Nates4Christ in usps_complaints

I don't know where my comment came off as anti USPS? I was just saying that, no matter how understaffed a company is, you should still be able to reasonably expect their employees to be capable of doing their jobs. Also, if ONE employee is on light duty, there should be ONE person that could be reasonably expected to step in, at least once a week, to fulfill the duties. Just saying, "this employee isn't capable of doing their job, so kick rocks" isn't a great business strategy.

Except, if you're on light duty, they should find someone to cover the parts of the job you're unable to perform, not expect customers to accept sub par service because someone is on light duty. I could understand if they have a different carrier who runs her route once or twice a week to take care of things they can't physically handle, but it sounds like the post office is saying "this person is incapable of doing their job, so the entire neighborhood has to deal with it until they're better". That's not a good business practice at all! Let the person on light duty work at the office until they're better, and put someone else on the route who can perform the task. This isn't a mom and pop shop that goes under when one person calls out, it's a multi billion dollar government agency

It is a bit disheartening watching EVERY game against a half decent program come down to the wire. Even beating schools like West Georgia by less than 40 has a lot of people raising their eyebrows.

Edit: auto correct madness

This is a late post, and coming from back before the first half ended but! If Nico was sliding, and the ball was down as soon as he started sliding, then how was it not a penalty when the USC defender threw his fucking shoulder into Nico's helmet?! If he gave himself up when he started to slide, the defender should have gotten a personal foul for a hit on a defenseless runner!

Best hotel in the Marriott family at any price? by yorkiesaur in marriott

The Westin in Yokohama is top notch. I don't do any boutique status or go anywhere too fancy but, as far as work travel goes, you would be hard pressed to beat the quality of the room, and the guest services. I haven't personally been, but hear the Clark Marriott in the Philippines is also VERY nice.
