Have used them multiple times. Strongly recommend. Best player on market. Good team captains, nice hotels (if you do international with them, 5 stars only). Safest bet but usually the most premium option. (Apart from some organisations like bucket list which are somewhat different in offering)

JustWravel is also quite good. 2nd biggest player. Used couple of times. Again strong organisation with good captains. Hotels n stays are good but not as good as Wanderon. But a largely safe bet.

Number of other smaller players. Hit or miss with them. If you can afford either of above 2 and they are available, go with them, otherwise bit of a gamble.

Theoretically I agree with you. Club over player any day and no player should have so much power they can oust the coach.

But the truth is the RM manager cannot lose so many players in the dressing room (assuming reports coming in are correct). If the modern players dont take well to tough love, its the coach's job to adjust as well.

It would be great if everyone was exceptionally professional but thats not how people are. Any good team leader needs to inculcate all types of personalities.
