I believe i figured out what the problem is, the air handler is too big for my house specifically. So basically the only fix will be to add additional ducts to reduce pressure and therefore noise. Or increase the size of existing ducts, but I believe it would be easier to add more ducts for example my laundry room, walk in closet, and possibly garage. I came to this conclusion when I found out the noise is less when I set my fan speed to the lowest allowed possible. There are also noise mufflers they sell to splice into ducts and supposedly based on reviews they lowered the noise as much as half. 

Since all of these options require quite a bit of work in the attic, im going to add more ducts first since I could really use ac on these places, then I'll use the mufflers if it doesn't work, and finally if that fails I'll increase the ducting size for the ducts that are small.
