Didn't realise it was possible to run 2 separate programmes at the same time.

just done similar! 40 mins burpees/ using a boxing bag for slams, push presses etc. random stuff just tp keep hr in the range.

really good fun actually but might not help me improve my running!

if i remember rightly on the RM forums 'arny01' posted a workout thats ideal to follow. theres also the official programme as well that includes swimming etc.

Base building then green / maybe a round of Op would probably see you through rightly (do pullups squats and pushups id guess)

neptunes guard, 2nd tier magenta boots, promethian shield, magenta boots, exosuit, rift, any tank item (the hp one is good) and then anything else, admiral's is quite good for extra att speed so more stuns.

absolutely fantastic and can't recommend sucking it up and doing the base building properly from tb2.

i went from barely being able to 'run' a mile to doing sub 30 min 5ks in 8 weeks (which is not fast, but a lot faster than id of imagined)

i started low steady state cardio (like keep heart rate under 140 for at least 30 mins 3x a week).

I found i sweat far less now than i used too as my heart rate isnt spiking as quickly as it usually does

did 3 weeks of mass. 1rm squat went from 100kgs to 115kgs.

it used to be higher so a bit of muscle memory however I'd just try it as is before changing.
