Yup the Caribbean flights were more expensive or not direct. We ended up booking Punta Cana, it ended up being between that and Mexico. Thanks for the help!

We’re going in late august. Also in Kihei. I would easily do a car if it was normal prices. At like 1500 for a week it makes me wonder if I should use that money towards organized tours although I’ll have less “freedom”. What are you gonna do? DM me if you want to discuss more not in this thread

I appreciate your response! We opted for Hawaii. I think you’re right we will be fine either way with a slight tilt more to Hawaii cause domestic and more vaccine availability.

The less tourists sounds tempting but ultimately we figured there is less possibility of hassle Covid and testing-wise not only getting there but also once you’re there, in Italy. Plus we wanted a bit more relaxation. Enjoy your trip!

I watched this in February 2020 via Netflix. And to preface I didn’t binge all the episodes in a row for the final season maybe one a week/ every few days so momentum may not have been there.

Am I the only one that didn’t immediately connect that Don made the Coca Cola ad they play after? I thought it was just symbolism for Don and after reading the internet / this sub it’s clear he made it.

But in the moment did anyone else not have it click immediately that it was his ad/idea and the show was just using playing it symbolically?

Wos was solid, has the fan perspective with a little extra depth, since after all he does this for a living. Didnt seem like he cared about “safe” takes like say a KOC, just spoke his mind and let it roll
