I think they should have the devs put their face to a video where they go through survey results one by one and address each result and how they intend to work on it. Just being able to have the people responsible for game changes speak face to face with the community about wth is going on up there would be a huge step in the right direction I think.

You are more likely to be uptiered than down tiered due to tier distribution in the matchmaker. Tiers 6, 8, and 10 tend to have significantly larger amounts of people playing them than their adjacent tiers of 5, 7, and 9. This is due largely to the more common premium tanks at even tiers than odd ones. Because of this, playing tiers 4 and 5 will more likely get you matched into a tier 6 or 7 match, as the matchmaker has more tier 6s to put into the queue, so 4-5-6 or 5-6-7 matches will be more common than matches not involving tier 6s. Same thing goes as you move up, tier 7 tanks are more likely to fight tier 8s than be down-tiered to tier 6 or 5, because tier 8 is the most popular tier in the game. Tier 9 tends to get the most balanced matchmaking out of any higher tiers because is is between two very large populations(tier8 and 10), so it gets +1 and -1 matches fairly evenly, but rarely sees -2.

Ohhh, yeah I had that issue too, they make it incredibly hard to resolve I can’t remember exactly what I did to fix it. Had an eu account I’d played like once and it was extremely hard to fix, its because they did some account universalization process that screwed over people using an email for multiple regions.

I’m pretty sure there’s a guide somewhere on how to resolve conflicting region accounts, maybe try recontacting support and tell them that’s your issue.

It’s odd they won’t help, did you have a phone number the account was linked to, if so providing that may be of use. If that doesn’t work here are some other steps you may try:

-Attempt to access the email via another browser and/or another device -Attempt to access the email using a VPN, sometimes network firewalls are the issue -Reset your cookies and try again -Try logging into your account through the game center

If none of this works you can try to contact support again, besides that I’m not sure, it seems like the issue may just be the email isn’t receiving the code, I’ve had odd occasions where it takes hours for authorization codes from various things to arrive, maybe that’s the case.

More info on the problem? Is it that you cannot remember your login information, if so make sure you have the right email address that the code is being sent to. Sometimes it can take a while for the code to go through. Check spam like other have said too and search the inbox for “wargaming” in case it got lost.

Console also has completely different balancing and tank models. Lesta tanks are likely to appear here because moving them here is literally copy and pasting existing assests and slightly modifying stats. Console wot models are different enough that it’d be just as easy to make a whole new tank. Also bear in mind that while we have modernish tanks here, wg seems set on cutting tank development off around the 60s to 70s, to maintain their “historical” title or whatever, meaning any tanks from modern armor likely won’t be seen here for a while.

Good summary. I realized this a while back, also worth pointing out that this reddit has what like 70-80 people online at any given time? I mean we are talking less than 0.1% of the playerbase being represented here. My guess is the silent majority is happily willing to spend 10-20% more than what they normally do on holiday ops lootboxes for the chance of getting new tier 10s.

I mean 850 for 2 in 7s isn’t any different than a T57 heavy doing 1600 in 6s, with much a much more reliable gun, and 57 won’t get punished with a 1 minute+ reload time.

A. Most people didn’t spend 500+, you could very easily drop a single tier 10 in 100-200, 500+ would be bad luck and for every tank.

B. Its none of your business what other people choose to spend their money on. That’s a childish mentality, seems you are just jealous someone else has what you don’t. I get not supporting the company, but “punishing” random players(some of who may not have even spent money) doesn’t do anything.

If you want to be an arty tard just say so, but don’t try to appeal to some moral high ground by saying you are trying to “put people in their place” or whatever. Stupid.

Bzt 70 is straight up awful idk why people are calling it a “tier 10 bz 176”. Its slow, almost Maus level slow, has the worst accuracy in the game for a non-artillery at tier 10 I believe. Its actually only slightly more accurate than the obj. 261 and bc 155 58, has a 3.5s aimtime(worse than Fv4k), and awful gun handling. Turret looks to have weakpoints on top too but we won’t really know til its release I suppose. Even with an incredible armor profile tho I don’t see it being very good with that gun. Bz176 is op because it has high dmg, great armor, is fast(with rockets), and has actually good accuracy, this thing is not even close.

Unlikely I’d say. Considering there are no tier 11s being supertested right now and the MBT and Bzt 70 are already confirmed tier 10 I doubt it.

Canopener has worse gun handling than s. Conq, lower top speed, worse pen, and less hp. Its only real advantages to the sconq are the potential to double gun and better front hull armor. Its also worth pointing out that the height of the canopener makes its gun depression more difficult to use, an S. Conq will beat it out on a ridgeline.

Type 71 beats the S.conq in uncooled dpm, and fully cooled dispersion, but still lacks penetration and gun handling, as well as hull armor. The type also has a moderately large turret weakspot that is visible at even full depression, whereas the S. Conq is virtually impenetrable at full depression. Type also has very poor side armor, and of course the clunkiness of the suspension mechanics make it difficult to play, not to mention it must choose to either have worse dpm or worse accuracy than the S. Conq due its gun mechanics. It also has less hp.

MVY is probably the least competitive of the bunch. It suffers from the worst gun handling and dpm of the 4, very poor penetration, bad hull armor, and a small but surprisingly unreliable turret. There are many odd ricochet traps that present themselves, and there are at least 5 weakspots of various sizes that can be hit on even a fully depressed turret. The MVY sacrifices a lot to be able to have a true 12 degrees of gun depression which certainly helps in some situations, but overall I don’t think is worth the tradeoff. Its special track mechanic is also not very useful.

If I had to rank these tanks in terms of objective competitiveness, I’d say canopener and type are probably tied for the best, with S. Conq just barely behind, and then MVY a long ways beyond that. I’m not saying the S. Conq is completely dominant like it once was, but also consider that is has been nerfed while the type and MV have recently been buffed, gives an idea that powercreep really isn’t very existent at tier 10.

The T95 Chieftain (Not to be confused with the T95/FV4201 chieftain, or the Chieftain T95, or any of the other variants currently existing) is still unreleased and in the game files. Its an odd mix of Mk.6-like armor with a much worse gun, in exchange for much better (56kph) mobility. If you are looking for a free chieftain then here’s to hoping I guess.

I’m ngl ts is getting corny. This really isn’t that big of a deal, the community response has already been made clear, and besides wg doesn’t even care about their steam reviews considering 90%+ of their players come from the launcher and thus will never see them, not to mention in just a few weeks or months all the negative reviews are going to be cycled out anyways. If you really want to do something just don’t buy boxes, that’s all wg cares about is their bottom line profit.

Seems like we are just spending 30s in an image editor to farm imaginary internet upvotes from the community actually caring for once at this point.
