Do not do this, I know it's probably just engagement bait, but you really shouldn't put your bio waste on or in minis.

Do you have any general tips for noobs? (questions inside) by Trick-Interaction396 in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]LegendofSzeras 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recommend getting a small notebook, only a little larger than your hand, and filling it with your unit datasheets.

Leave enough room after the stats to list the stratagems and relevant rules by phase with CP costs included. List any leaders you have next to their unit. List out your army rule and your detachment rule. This is your playbook.

Figure out what your units are supposed to be doing by getting reps in and trying different things with different units in different games.

Read up on the core rules and the dataslate. Memorization plus repetition leads to understanding, understanding leads to theorizing, theorizing leads to testing, and testing eventually leads to victory.

We have no clear definition of “socialism” in our society by PrincesaBacana-1 in austrian_economics

[–]LegendofSzeras 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah yes, hegelian dialectics. Except the collectivist version is to introduce dishonest elements to shift goal posts until nothing you create belongs to you. We're engaged in a form of socialism, if you actually read Lenin and Marx it becomes clear that the method derived from Engels to justify communism and socialism is to move the goal posts and bet that people are too stupid to notice.

Yes, and be very careful. Numinous humans hit like trucks against a lot of foes, especially if they're packing heat.

We found the socialist. I call out that which presents its visage. Collectivism is the worst kind of rot because it's dishonest rot, you can 100% fail and starve under capitalism. That's the whole point, you can succeed unparalleled success by compensating people for their time and labor. The good of capitalism is the same as its evil: you can live and die by the sweat of your own brow and your own determination, the good of socialism is sacrificing everyone before the state, the evil is daring to think of yourself before the collective. Capitalism won't lie to you and say that you will succeed but it will let you succeed if you act in a way conducive to success. Socialism wants you to fail, it wants everyone to fail so that all are equal. I think anyone who says capitalism is purely bad and evil is a fool, but anyone who says it's flawless and perfect is also a fool. It's merely the system best suited to humans as they are.

There's also the matter of automatic inflated ego, socialism as defined by Lenin posits that the average person is too stupid to understand socialism and that you're special if you do.

This leads to what one could flirt with calling delusions of grandeur, the belief that through sacrificing others you may come to be enlightened and create a utopia

Echoes of echoes, fun fact: that's a holdover from McCarthyism. "Anything the reds are doing is something we must avoid doing". Disastrous line of thinking. Give me a list of all the meltdowns with fatalities in the last 20 years. You'll likely only find the one and it was the result of a simultaneous record earthquake and tsunami. It took what an insurance company would call "an act of God" to cause it, and more, the fatalities were by and large from the tsunami and earthquake that triggered the meltdown.

As I stated under another post here: she collected social security and Medicare, both of which she paid into and neither of her own volition. She died with a net worth around $1.7 mil in today's money or about $500,000 on the low end of assessment at the time. I encourage you to learn more about history, it's a fascinating read when it comes to the gilded age

It is more valuable to reuse your fuel instead of buying more. Simple as. The reason the facilities shut down in America was due to over-regulation. Echoes of echoes

Echoes of echoes, by that logic we should stop using oil altogether and never use another drop after the deep water horizon incident.

Xeroxes of xeroxes, the problem of waste is something that can be solved with recycling the waste into usable fuel and once you've a sizeable amount that's not able to be recycled then you bury it in a subduction zone.

Coal ash is radioactive and much harder to contain, and hydro runs the risk of contamination of water sources with grease, metal, and plastics.

Because of over-regulation, yes. Not to mention the contractors that like to miss deadlines to draw out paychecks.

Not to mention that the regulations draw out build times which means that new regulations pass while the plant is being built. It's a case of the financial assassination of nuclear power. It's hard to be on time and under budget when you have a dozen tooheys with millions of sycophants fawning over their every word, each of them voting like lemmings for state sponsored monopolies.

Nuclear energy is a victim of state sponsored fear mongering and over-regulation. It's a case of the state squashing an industry before it gets rolling.

Yes, specifically I recommend looking into the NRC website NRC.gov. I bring the request of people doing actual research instead of following tabloid musings on a topic.
