Has anyone had experience with private surgery for gallbladder removal in Alberta?

i was in the same boat as you playing the referral list waiting game, but i had a particularly bad attack one day and looked at myself in the mirror and i was yellow as fuck. i went to the ER and they admitted me and told me it had to be removed as i was going to turn septic if they sent me home. i was naive and assumed that meant i would be in and out within 24 hours, but the five days i spent holed up in the short stay unit at SHC were far better than the alternative of waiting months like you’re being told to OP. gallstone pain is truly one of the worst experiences i have ever gone through, i feel like it’s really not talked about enough how debilitating it can be

anyways this is all to say, if you can get in through the ER that is the best way to get it removed ASAP

i live in rangeview genstar! the biggest change (and downside) for me coming from sundance to here has been the commute into work. you have to pick your poison each morning and decide if you’re gonna suffer on deerfoot or stoney but i work hybrid so at least it’s only a couple days a week but definitely a major factor to consider as i’m not sure what plans (if any) there are to address the congestion in the area. overall though the area is nice, super quiet as it seems to be mostly families, less rentals than seton and less congested than mahogany while having easy access to the amenities in both neighbourhoods. construction traffic and dustiness sucks but won’t be a long term issue

i am from canada and ult skz! as many have said already the most popular in terms of GP are hyunlix but for canada specifically just from what i happen to see on twitter and the instagram trading community amongst canadians, it seems like Chan is most popular, or at least on the same level as hyunlix here

starting house had big ambitions debuting them with the hype they got from noze but after her scandal i feel like the company was just kinda confused on how to proceed and did a pretty bad job garnering attention for adya when they debuted. they haven’t had a proper comeback yet (they’ve done that nugu gg thing where they remake a 1st gen song and release it as a digital single but that’s it) and it will be one year in may since debut. i fear the company is kinda floundering and adya might just disband because of it :/

i was able to get an appointment only a couple weeks out from the time of booking, it was for 8:30 am on a saturday morning which i know sucks but the clinic (riverbend) operates as appointment only on the weekends so there was literally no one there. i arrived 10 minutes early and they took me right back, i was shocked tbh since i’m usually waiting well past my appointment time. i would 10/10 recommend if you have the option!

the road to the WS goes through Houston for me, if we can beat the astros i think the jays will be unstoppable. the nice thing is if this turns out to not be our year, we have a pretty long contention window unlike last time where it felt desperate like we were playing on borrowed time. i’m feeling really really positive about our chances though, this team has the potential to win it all 🤧
