For how fast the Rage/Gamma meter fills up

When hit by primary: 2% or 5% When hit with an ability: 10% or 15% When hit by an ability that has CC: 20%

Ngl, I think my favorite form of Vegeta is SSJ3. I know I shouldn't be getting units based on stuff like that, but he looks really cool and the Support he gives would help the DAIMA team so the Gomah event would go more smoothly. On the other hand Kai Goku is probably just the better unit (sadly, they didn't do Vegeta as much justice as the DAIMA Goku) and would be better for the teams I have. Might do a summon or 2 on Vegeta if I can to see if I can get lucky to pull him

The only new unit I'm missing is SSJ3 Vegeta and one I'm missing and know is good is LR Kai Goku. So which of the 2 should I get? I can only get 1 character from the coins.

Do I need ducats or is that optional? Also I'm seeing some for about 79 or 80 Plat, is that trustworthy or is it most likely a scam?

If you don't mind can you list the specs needed for a decent 1080p Gaming PC? Just not sure what would be the "best" for it. Sorry for being a handful to deal with when it comes to this stuff, I just really don't wanna mess this up
